REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a cheerful and fun-loving attitude
• Prior food service or management experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Capable of standing for up to 8 hours per shift and lifting 30-50lbs repeatedly
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Passionate about promoting White Castle initiatives and enhancing brand loyalty
• Must be a team player, kind-hearted, and treat others with care and respect
