Position Summary

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Storekeeper to join our dynamic team. The Storekeeper will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient store operations and managing inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
• Lead and supervise a team of store assistants
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue
• Maintain a tidy and well-organized store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers
• Handle administrative tasks associated with store operations

Required Skills

• Demonstrated ability in team management
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Effective leadership qualities
• Prior experience in sales management is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Capability to drive product sales effectively
• Proficient in store operations management

Job Information

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
• Pay Range: £8.59-£15.93 per hour
• Expected Weekly Hours: 35

• Minimum Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience Required: Retail sales, Supervising, Customer service, Retail management, Management (all preferred with at least 1 year)
