B's Garage has been a cornerstone of the community since 1925, renowned for being the premier destination for all vehicle MOT, Servicing, and Repairs. As the exclusive one-stop shop in the vicinity catering to all 2, 3 & 4 wheeled vehicles, our clientele spans far and wide.

About the role:

We are currently on the lookout for a Service Advisor to join our team and deliver outstanding customer service while providing expert mechanical guidance. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in assisting customers with their vehicle servicing requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and aid them in scheduling service appointments

- Offer detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs

- Manage cash transactions and uphold precise records

- Apply mechanical expertise to diagnose vehicle issues and propose solutions

- Upsell additional services or products to meet customer requirements

- Coordinate with the workshop for timely service completion

- Maintain a clean and well-organized service reception area

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive sector

- Proficient in cash handling and possess meticulous attention to detail

- Mechanical knowledge to comprehend vehicle servicing needs

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly

- Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to customers

Salary: £14,000.00-£32,000.00 per annum

Hours: 27.5 – 42.5 per week
