We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join us at our Conestoga Mall location. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
• Utilize product knowledge to assist and educate customers
• Effectively address customer concerns
• Promote and sell new and designer products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
• Showcase your passion for fashion and home décor
• Assist with product fulfillment and shipping

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales and retail experience
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proven track record in driving sales and building customer loyalty
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in fashion retail or home styling is an advantage
