Tithegrove is currently seeking skilled Road Gangs to join our dynamic team in Salisbury and Warminster.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise:
• Interpret and implement drawings, levels, and gradients.
• Utilize Pipe Lasers & Dumpy levels proficiently.
• Demonstrate mastery of 'Perfect manhole' systems.
• Execute deep drainage tasks while prioritizing safety protocols.
• Operational Duties:
• Flexibility to engage in short-term projects lasting 3-6 months per site.
• Collaborate with Layers, 'top man,' and 360 drivers specializing in Road and Sewers (R&S) work.
• Safely and competently operate plant machinery.
• Participate in toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Quality and Safety Standards:
• Deliver top-notch workmanship consistently.
• Understand service/utilities specifications.
• Skilled in kerbing, bracing, edging, and tarmacking.
• Proficient in internal and external drainage systems (clay and plastic).

Minimum Requirements

• Valid UK Driving License.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Active CSCS/CPCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme/Construction Plant Competence Scheme).
• Valid certifications for confined spaces, Dumper, Roller, and 360 operations.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Layer with expertise in 'top man' and 360 driver roles.
• Proficiency in deep drainage techniques.
• Experience with internal and external drainage systems (clay and plastic).
