Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Location: York
Salary Range: £24,699 – £26,352 per year

We are currently seeking Group Workers to enrich our team in York!

Role Overview

Collaborating with Change Grow Live, you will implement diverse behavior modification initiatives for individuals in structured treatment programs throughout York. Utilize therapeutic approaches to aid individuals across all recovery phases and facilitate their transition from structured treatment environments, detox facilities, residential rehab centers, and/or correctional facilities on behalf of EF.

Furthermore, you will identify recovery and wellness resources in the community and actively promote the establishment of self-sustainable community initiatives.

Your Profile

• Prior experience in supportive roles is advantageous, as we will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to engage with individuals in a comprehensive and person-centric manner.
• Confidence, approachability, warmth, and a positive attitude characterize you – we need your best!
• You excel in problem-solving and possess exceptional interpersonal and listening skills.
• Naturally patient and resilient, you can navigate emotional aspects of this role seamlessly.
