Full-time Parking Attendant Position - Permanent Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and friendly full-time parking attendant to join our team at one of our parking locations. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

As a parking attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, handling parking charges, managing ticket inventory, assisting customers with pay stations, and ensuring that all parking rules and procedures are followed. Additionally, you will be required to maintain cleanliness in the work area on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
• Calculate parking charges and process customer payments accurately
• Record all tickets in the log sheet
• Manage and replenish ticket supply
• Assist customers with pay station usage through intercom systems
• Ensure proper signage and availability of parking spaces
• Provide guidance to clients on parking rules and procedures
• Keep work area clean by performing daily maintenance tasks

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Previous cash handling experience is a plus
• Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Will work outdoors in various weather conditions
