Job Description


Enhance Healthcare is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrator to provide administrative support in a Care Home environment.

Key Offerings:

- Permanent contract for 15 hours

- Hourly Rate: £12.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence and internal communications efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit wage and fee reports to the head office.
  • Assist in the recruitment procedures, ensuring compliance with Enhance policies.
  • Produce various documents using prescribed templates/formats.
  • Maintain filing systems, paperwork, and records diligently.
  • Process paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate within a team, sharing knowledge and training new staff.
  • Manage telephone inquiries and respond promptly.
  • Support Management with meeting logistics.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to the role.
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
  • Accurate with numerical data.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with tasks.
  • Decisive and organized.
