Winright Law is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrative Assistant to support prospective client inquiries and manage initial reception calls. This role presents a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart a career in the legal field, even without prior legal experience.
We are looking for candidates who can:
- Handle various administrative tasks in the office efficiently, serving as the primary contact for answering and directing phone calls, as well as relaying messages.
- Establish and adhere to office policies and procedures, such as file management, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the office manager, operations, and finance teams to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for client inquiries and retention.
- Learn to utilize industry-specific software like PC Law and ESI Law.
- Run errands, undertake ad hoc projects, and support special assignments as needed.

This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour, along with benefits including dental care, extended health care, and paid time off. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the role requires in-person presence.
