Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team at ACE Money Transfer as a meticulous and analytical MIS Reporting Executive. In this role, you will play a crucial part in converting raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making and contribute to business expansion. Your primary responsibility will involve creating, automating, and managing a suite of reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Innovatively design, automate, and develop interactive reports and dashboards utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and leading Business Intelligence (BI) platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Data Compilation and Analysis: Consolidate and analyze data from various internal and external sources to ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Business Insights Generation: Uncover trends, patterns, and critical insights from data to enhance decision-making, streamline business processes, and boost sales growth.
- Regular Reporting: Produce, oversee, and circulate standardized reports for routine business evaluations to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously identify and implement process enhancements, including automating repetitive tasks and improving existing reporting systems.
- Data Accuracy and Quality Assurance: Conduct routine data validation and quality checks to maintain reliability and currency of all reports and dashboards.
- Ad-hoc Reporting: Address spontaneous data inquiries from management and various departments by providing precise and prompt information as required.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrate proven expertise in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a comparable role, preferably within the financial services or digital payments sector.
- Technical Acumen: Exhibit strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and leading Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Analytical Skills: Showcase exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, interpreting complex data sets and presenting findings clearly and concisely.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Collaborative Team Player: Be capable of working independently yet collaboratively with various departments to achieve shared objectives.
- Adaptability: Comfortably operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting stringent deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry, especially in digital remittances, is advantageous.
