Job Description


A well-known medical company is currently looking for a dedicated Service Representative/Courier to join their team. As the Service Representative/Courier, your main responsibilities will include the efficient pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while ensuring top-notch service to clients.

Great Perk: This position comes with the option of using a company vehicle for the route. Additionally, for a small fee of $100 per month, you can also use this vehicle for personal use, with all associated costs like gas, tolls, and maintenance covered by the company.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and load all necessary supplies for daily pickups
  • Complete daily pick up schedule promptly
  • Ensure all pickups are delivered to the branch by the end of the shift
  • Handle lab samples and specimens with care and efficiency
  • Drive company vehicle safely while adhering to traffic regulations
  • Utilize handheld electronic devices for managing pickups
  • Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups when required
  • Assess traffic conditions, alternative routes, and weather for efficient pickups

Requirements:

  • Preferably holds a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years
  • Prior experience as a driver/courier is advantageous
  • Customer service background is beneficial
  • Punctual with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Capable of resolving customer issues effectively
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
