Job Description


We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our passionate team at our new LOVE Hub in the role of Project Workers.

This position involves providing support to vulnerable children and young adults both within the hub and in the community.

The LOVE Hub will offer various activities, including hands-on educational experiences, to assist children and young individuals with Complex Needs, Autism, and Learning Disabilities in their learning and development journey through play.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

  • Have previous experience working with young individuals with complex needs
  • Display resourcefulness and a positive 'can-do' attitude consistently and patiently
  • Exhibit the ability to establish and maintain strong rapport and relationships with diverse individuals
  • Demonstrate the capability to empower and instill confidence in others
  • Possess a relevant qualification in the health and social care field
