Job Description


Spinal Homecare Services is dedicated to providing exceptional specialist support for adults with spinal cord injuries across the UK, offering live-in care services. We are currently looking for skilled Female Spinal Injury Support Workers with prior experience in the field to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients in maintaining their independence
  • Providing personalized assistance with professionalism and respect
  • Aiding in mobility, feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Managing bladder and bowel care as per care plans
  • Assisting with household tasks like laundry, ironing, and cleaning
  • Preparing meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and aiding in shopping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and assisting with errands
  • Offering emotional support to boost clients' confidence and motivation
  • Using specialized equipment for mobility support
  • Willingness to travel as needed (with expenses covered)

Requirements:

  • Non-smoking, manual car driver with a clean driving licence (maximum 3 points)
  • Aged 21 and above
