We are currently seeking a diligent Inspections Officer to perform regular inspections on our managed rental properties. Responsibilities include conducting property inventories before tenants move in and inspections after they move out.

Bramcote, NG9

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Additionally, one Saturday every three weeks from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

• Competitive basic salary range: £23,000 - £24,500

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting inspections on our rental properties
• Informing landlords about their property's condition and coordinating any necessary maintenance
• Completing property condition assessments before new tenants move in
• Performing check-out inspections after tenants have left
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring properties are in a satisfactory state for occupancy
• Handling deposit release and disputes

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is necessary
• Proven experience in an organized and punctual work environment
• Valid UK driver's license
