iConnect Project Officer

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Officer to join our iConnect Team at Vibe Recruit. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting participants in enhancing their digital skills and ensuring access to affordable WIFI and devices for continuous learning and service access.

This position is a temporary contract until March 2025.

Salary Range: £27,092.39 - £28,518.31

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with partners in Monmouthshire to identify and assist individuals requiring support in developing digital skills.
• Coach project participants to set and achieve their digital goals.
• Contribute to the development of MHA's digital services and implement digital support initiatives for tenants and communities.
• Establish local partnerships to sustain digital skill development post-project.
• Aid participants in maximizing income and savings through online engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum HNC level qualification or relevant experience
• Experience in supporting community-led projects
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal/external partners, organizations, and stakeholders
• Experience in motivating individuals individually or in group settings with a focus on customer care
• Ability to work independently, think creatively, negotiate, and offer innovative solutions while remaining resilient under pressure
• Proficient in digital skills, including Microsoft tools, social media, and video conferencing, with a willingness to share knowledge
