Your role will involve supporting and motivating our staff to prioritize their health through various programs and services. You will design, implement, and assess health and wellbeing initiatives, fostering a culture of healthy lifestyle choices among our team members for their physical and mental well-being. Take a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our Health and Wellbeing Strategy, driving sustainable health programs and actions. Engage actively in our Trust’s Health and Wellbeing Steering Group, overseeing various health and wellbeing projects and ensuring progress within your scope. Execute the health and wellbeing strategy of the Trust, considering the impact of the work environment on health and wellbeing. Collaborate with the team to share relevant information that influences health and wellbeing, contributing to enhanced health outcomes. Stay informed about services and contacts within integrated care systems, leveraging data sources to enhance health interventions for Trust colleagues. Coordinate the delivery of health and wellbeing interventions at organizational and team levels, utilizing a variety of tools. Emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusivity in our workforce, encouraging applications from underrepresented communities.
