Position Overview

The Graduate Program Assistant (GPA) plays a pivotal role in delivering a broad range of confidential administrative support to the Physics Graduate Programs. This position is instrumental in assisting the Graduate Program Chair, as well as supporting all graduate students and supervisors within the department. The GPA contributes to various aspects including graduate admissions, registration, supervisory committees, thesis defenses, and graduate funding. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and a capacity to grasp the essential Graduate Studies protocols, procedures, and frameworks.
