Job Description


We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Team Member to join Snowflake Gelaterie.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with Snowflake’s core value of 'Serving Happiness'.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and courteously, escalating any issues beyond your capacity to the manager.
  • Ensure that food and gelato are served according to company standards.
  • Possess a good understanding of our products and company history to address guest inquiries.
  • Process orders and payments accurately.
  • Set up, maintain, and dismantle store displays and setups.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and stock organization, including helping with deliveries.
  • Adhere to company Food Safety and Health and Safety protocols.
  • Maintain Food Safety and Health and Safety standards consistently.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout your shift.
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts and Snowflake events in accordance with company expectations.
  • Demonstrate reliability and consideration towards other team members when unable to work at full capacity.
  • Communicate professionally and positively, being mindful of colleagues' sensitivities and personal lives.
  • Proactively seek solutions to work-related challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
