We are currently looking for enthusiastic Game Facilitators to oversee game sessions, assist customers during check-in, and maintain the games and facility. This role demands individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in social interactions, and can work either part-time or full-time at our Regina store, located at 2550 Quance St. E, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4V 2X5.

The Role and Responsibilities:

Game Facilitation

  • Display professionalism in behavior and communication
  • Provide top-notch facilitation to ensure customers have a stellar experience
  • Concisely brief new groups before they start their gaming session
  • Monitor customers in the gaming area and offer explanations when needed
  • Participate in games alongside customers if required to enhance their experience
  • Stay vigilant during gameplay and offer timely assistance when necessary
  • Address any game malfunctions with the support of Team Leads
  • Ensure a clean and inviting work environment

Check-In Facilitation

  • Welcome customers warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Confirm appointment schedules and explain the check-in process
  • Handle transactions, issue receipts and wristbands
  • Assist customers with inquiries and escalate complex issues to Team Leads

Facility Maintenance

  • Clean and sanitize the facility and washrooms as needed
  • Assist in painting tasks around the main facility
  • Support Team Leads in inventory checks for merchandise
  • Reset and sanitize wristbands after use
  • Clean and disinfect lockers and lounge areas
  • Promptly report game failures or malfunctions to Team Leads
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance tasks such as gluing props

The Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong crowd engagement skills
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings and late nights
