Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and strategy.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and support to help them excel in their roles.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the brokerage.
Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching to help agents improve their skills and achieve their goals.
Recruitment and Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in the real estate market.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide insights to the team and clients.
Negotiation: Assist agents in negotiation processes, helping them secure favorable deals for clients and ensuring transactions are conducted ethically and legally.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Real estate broker's license (required).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
