Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Event Promoter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with each scheduled event, creating awareness among our target audience, and utilizing upselling techniques. Reporting on progress periodically will also be a part of the role.

To excel in this position, you should demonstrate exceptional networking and sales skills. A successful Event Promoter will have a strong and active network of connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding all relevant details of scheduled events, including timings and pricing.
• Building a network of connections for necessary support.
• Utilizing various tools to distribute event-related information effectively.
• Utilizing social media and personal interactions to promote event awareness.
• Addressing event-related inquiries from current and potential attendees.
• Boosting event attendance through appropriate sales and negotiation tactics.
• Encouraging existing clients to enhance their experience by purchasing additional features.
• Monitoring progress and providing updates to the line manager as required.

Requirements for Event Promoter:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in sales, advertising, or marketing.
• Ability to create and share engaging and informative content.
• Excellent public speaking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional research abilities.
• Capability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Starting from AED200.00 per day

Expected Weekly Hours: 6 to 8 hours
