Job Description


  • No prior experience necessary (Training will be provided for 3 days)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
  • Coordinating the movement of trucks over long distances, including state and international routes
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers, shippers, and receivers
  • Skilled in route planning and navigation for optimized efficiency
  • Quick problem-solving abilities for unexpected situations
  • Proficient in fleet management software for tracking and monitoring
  • Ability to multitask effectively and provide top-notch customer service
  • Good geographical knowledge for route planning and guidance
  • Understanding of different load characteristics for proper dispatching
