GardaWorld Cash is in search of candidates who excel in communication skills to join as Dispatchers for our branch office in Mississauga, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ATM codes, Firstline Maintenance calls, and emergency cash requests.
- Document and facilitate communication between Service Techs and customers.
- Respond promptly to customer needs.
- Act as a communication link between customers and route personnel via telephone and radio.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
- Assign and manage Mas-Hamilton lock combinations and maintain records of close seals.
- Provide ATM access information (alarm codes, etc.) to routes and technicians.
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel using the internal paging system.
- Offer routing guidance to armored routes and technicians.
- Receive customer service calls and dispatch first-line maintenance technicians for repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 2 years of previous dispatch experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to read maps and provide clear instructions to route crews.
- Familiarity with the service area is advantageous.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid firearms license.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective communication via telephone and radio.
- Ability to think and act promptly in high-pressure situations.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist with the Debrief process.
