Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and update data in various customer portals.
- Maintain and update information in the company database.
- Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of data in internal and external systems.
- Track and oversee shipments using company routing software.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address shipment details and logistical challenges.
- Interact with customers to provide product and delivery details.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and order specifics.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and precise communication.
- The role may entail additional duties as assigned by the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Availability during standard 8AM – 5PM working hours.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
