Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their purchases on the e-commerce platform
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with performance targets and uphold our client's core values
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and/or chat
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner
  • Document customer queries and the respective solutions provided
  • Suggest alternatives for products not available on the e-commerce platform
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures for issue resolution
  • Stay informed about system updates and process changes
  • Effectively address objections and manage customer concerns

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of O Levels/Matric
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word
