Exciting Opportunity as a Customer Assistant at a branch in Leeds Briggate

Part-time position offering 20 hours per week

Shift timings: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from early morning hours

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to align with the work schedule requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient customer service on the shop floor and service areas
  • Maintain store cleanliness, ensure shelves are consistently stocked
  • Meet daily sales targets, prioritize tasks, and seize selling opportunities
  • Engage proactively with customers, understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and ensure outstanding service
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge to promote sales
  • Receive training on digital tools and communication mediums to enhance customer experience
