First interviews will be held on Wednesday, 25th September, from 8-9pm and Thursday, 26th September, from 8-9pm.

Start Date

The start date for this role will be 4th November. Please note that the first 4 weeks will involve training from Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm.

What’s the Opportunity?

We are seeking Part Time (20hrs pw) Content Moderators to support our Smoothwall Monitor Managed Service. You will review online student activities, identify risks, and collaborate with schools to ensure online safety.

Due to GDPR regulations, applicants must be UK-based.

Responsibilities:

• Review flagged content and assess risk levels
• Provide quality assurance on safeguarding assessments
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues
• Escalate critical cases to supervisors
• Contact school DSLs when necessary
• Offer feedback on emerging trends
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• IT literate with knowledge of youth online culture
• Quick decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

• Prior web/content moderating experience
• Experience in handling sensitive situations
