Your empathy and communication skills will be key in delivering exceptional customer service and guiding customers towards suitable solutions and support.
Responsibilities
Engage in effective conversations with customers
Understand individual circumstances and offer appropriate solutions
Adhere to industry regulations and internal policies
Prioritize customer needs and provide necessary support
Guide customers through challenging situations with sensitivity
Refer customers to additional resources for support
Make decisions based on customer welfare and company guidelines
Requirements
Natural problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer outcomes
Resilience and ability to handle sensitive situations
Team player with integrity and respect for customers
Experience in Finance Industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills
Passion for providing empathetic customer service
