Why you'll thrive in this role...
As the Stage Experience Manager in Stores, you will oversee all aspects of the client experience, services, classes, and events within a designated Sephora store. Your responsibilities will span client service excellence, sales floor standards, team leadership, and all service-related areas, including Beauty, Skin, Fragrance Studios, and beauty classes. You will play a pivotal role in developing beauty advisors and Senior Artistry and Skincare roles within the store.

  • Nurturing your team. Lead the daily operations of the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring Coordinators are well-trained to manage the Studio efficiently and drive service excellence daily.
  • Fostering Innovation. Ensure beauty advisors are extensively trained to leverage technological advancements in services, enhancing the in-store experience for our clients.
  • Enhancing Client Experience. Manage the online services reservation system, oversee staff scheduling to support seamless client service, and ensure an efficient client check-in process.
  • Training & Development. Conduct training sessions for beauty advisors, both new hires and existing team members, and facilitate orientation and selling model training sessions.
  • Visual Merchandising. Support Operations in maintaining merchandising standards, sales floor visuals, and overall store cleanliness and organization.
  • Vendor Management. Ensure beauty advisors engage effectively with visiting brand representatives, who provide training on products. Provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.

What we're looking for...

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a store of comparable volume or equivalent internal experience.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • You have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, identifying and nurturing top talent to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.
