Air and Ocean Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are a well-established International Freight Forwarder with over 27 years of experience, currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Logistics Coordinator with a passion for learning to handle shipments to LATIN AMERICA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations from shipper to consignee, overseeing both Ocean and Air shipments.
• Prepare essential shipping documents such as AWB, BL, and SED.
• Coordinate with shippers to schedule pickups efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international agents.

Skills Required:

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, preferably with proficiency in the MAGAYA cargo system.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with a focus on maintaining professionalism and composure in stressful situations.
• Willingness to address urgent logistical issues outside regular working hours.
• A Bachelor's degree is desirable.
• Proficiency in PORTUGUESE is highly advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
