Job Description


Job Overview:


We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Court of Protection team in Swindon. This role involves assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth management of property and financial affairs for individuals who require support in these areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle file opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinate client meetings and liaise with third parties
  • Maintain up-to-date systems and manage incoming/outgoing post
  • Assist with electronic filing and document management
  • Communicate with other law firms via email
  • Support team meetings by taking minutes and providing administrative assistance
  • Help with invoicing, diary management, and maintaining records/spreadsheets
  • Order necessary office supplies and manage office communication

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and be a strong team player. Additionally, client care skills and a compassionate approach towards emotionally vulnerable individuals are essential.
