The role of Administrative Assistant involves meticulous data collection, entry into databases, and maintaining accurate records of sensitive company information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inputting information into the company database from customer calls to ensure data accuracy
Collaborating with the Management team on data entry and miscellaneous projects
Scanning and filing documents in the company database
Adding policies to the database
Processing carrier downloads
Ensuring confidentiality of information
Completing all assigned tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Database software
