When you decide to register and create a profile on JOBSPIK.COM, we request two forms of information from you; personal and general. Name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and email address are among the personally detectable information. Whereas the generic and non-personal information requested include your gender, interests, skills, etc.

Our website offers a feature to share any job posted with anyone, in one of the two ways- either by logging in to your email account via JOBSPIK.COM and sending it, or simply by clicking the ‘Invite Colleagues’ option and entering the referee’s email address. The information you provide for the purpose is not stored, tracked or shared with any external agency; thereby committing to the Privacy Policy.
The general, personal, technical, secondary, demographic or referral information we receive from you is used for either of the following purposes; to improve our website, to enhance the features for an extensive user-experience and to notify you with custom updates- that best fit your requirements.
JOBSPIK.COM sends notifications (via email) to its users if there is any technical difficulty, temporary shut-down or other such issues from our ends. You cannot unsubscribe such notifications- needless to worry as that is a rare occurrence. The notifications you can choose to receive or not to receive are those that we send regarding a new publication or job posted- that you are generally looking for. The resume that you upload on our database, or create using our service, is not accessible to anyone except an employer who you choose to limit your information to. We do not display your resume publicly which means that it is not searchable for any organization or let-alone the employer.
We are, however, not responsible of your contact and other information once the resume is with the potential employer. Your information may be used to reach out to you, with nothing under our supervision.
Make sure you do not upload your confidential resumes on the searchable database, as it may allow any third-party to access your information; that we must not be held accountable for.
To help direct you to a previous page you accessed, and assist in providing the best user experience, we use cookies.
